Since we are a learning environment, here are some things to keep in mind:

  • All services are performed by students and supervised by licensed professionals.

  • Services do take longer than what you might be used to in a salon/spa.

    If time is a concern for you, we recommend requesting a more advanced student, as service times will be shorter.

Policies

  • Only guests with appointments are allowed on the student salon/spa floors.

  • Minimum age for services is 6 years old.

  • No pets are allowed on the student salon/spa floors.

  • Late Policy

    If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to accomodate your service and you will be asked to re-schedule. This is to guarantee you receive the best possible service from your student.

  • Gratuities

    If you chose to leave one, please do so directly with your student service provider.

  • Cancellation

    If you need to make changes or cancel your appointment, we ask for 24 hours advance notice by calling us at (415) 989-4400 ext. 2.
